I have a failure on a PR that failed in catch2, even though my change is only in another test and unrelated to my change. The failure is at:

Downloading the artifacts, some test, possibly catch2 or possibly something else, has created a lot of files in the top level cmake_build leaving it cluttered. Tests should all have their own home directories, underneath the path to the test such as cmake_build/test/<whatever>/WT_HOME.
