This ticket was spawned out of an Will Kortelands idea. We should have the capability within the WT code to create intentional OOO databases. Our session verify should be able to catch these scenarios.

Here is a possible method to do this:

1. Use hexfiend to manually change keys
2. Change all related checksums or outright have an option to ignore checksum checking
3. Perform verify and expect it to fail
