Check whether Evergreen uses right TCMalloc version

      Currently WT CI uses custom tcmalloc version patched by mongoDB (https://github.com/mongodb-forks/tcmalloc/releases/tag/mongo-SERVER-85737 ). During another activity we have figured out that this repository contains also newer TCMalloc versions so it worth checking which one is currently used by MongoDB and if WT uses different one, align it.
