Test failure in test_compact12 when increasing the size of WT_PAGE_MODIFY

      Simply just adding a new field to WT_PAGE_MODIFY (even without using it!) results in the following assertion failure: 

      self.assertGreater(space_recovered, size_before_compact // 4)
AssertionError: 0 not greater than 3333120
