Currently, foreground compaction does not log informational message when it finishes compacting a file.

While logs exist for skipping files, timeouts, long-running compacts, there is no log to indicate when a file has been compacted and how much space has been reclaimed.

This ticket was created as an extension of WT-13671. If there is a possibility of creating a shared log for both foreground and background compaction, that would be optimal. Otherwise create a new log visible at WT_VERBOSE_INFO level that includes the uri and the reclaimed space in bytes, likely in __wti_session_compact.
