Remove previously deleted tests from fail list and remove reference to session upgrade

      This ticket triages the following files that give errors when running the disagg hook:

      • test_cc03.py
      • test_checkpoint08.py
      • test_cursor10.py
      • test_rename.py
      • test_upgrade.py
      • test_util16.py
      • test_util20.py

      Each of these gives an error when running like this:

      python3 ../test/suite/run.py -v 2 test_cc03.py

      Some of the errors may indicate that a feature has not been implement, or has an error in its implementation for disagg, etc. This work is to triage, not resolve; individual tickets should be created as indicated and assigned to teams.  Part of the created ticket work should be to be one or both of: resolve the crash by fixing WT library AND/OR modify the test so it is appropriate for disagg AND/OR skip the test for disagg.

      Part of the work of individual tickets should also be remove the entry in test/suite/hook_disagg.fail .  Even if the test is skipped.
