It is a mistake to put the precise checkpoint config inside the checkpoint config. The checkpoint config is to configure the checkpoint server and is reconfigurable. However, the precise checkpoint is not reconfigurable. We should move it to the non-reconfigurable part of the connection configuration and ensure it is not reconfigurable.
