      Scope (What to do):

      • Run an evergreen patch with disagg.leader mode enabled.
      • Analyse failures and identify patterns.
      • Triage bugs, create tickets, and assign them to the appropriate subteams.

      Impact:
      As we continue enabling disagg across leader, follower, switch, and multi modes, bugs are inevitable. Some are currently blocking tests from running on Evergreen, which reduces coverage and delays progress. Triaging and tracking these issues ensures visibility, prevents them from being ignored, and keeps disagg testing moving forward.
