In Disagg mode, WiredTiger currently writes local files to disk and wipes them up on startup (WT-14517).
Reconsider whether it's possible to write files less or omit writing them to disk entirely.
Take into account that some files can become fairly large. For instance, we've seen Metadata file so big that it required eviction during RTS.
