To verify we are able to reclaim the prepared transactions back in recovery, we need a way that can remember all the prepared transactions we have done in test format and test checkpoint.

We first need to decide whether it is needed for us to persist the prepared information to disk or we can utilize the existing mechanism for data verification in test format and test checkpoint by only remember the information in-memory.
