      Based on recent triage of Python tests in disaggregated mode:

      • Remove from hook_disgg.fail (now running):
        test_bug029.py, test_encrypt01.py, test_encrypt04.py, test_import04.py, test_cc10
      • Skip (truncate not supported in disagg):
        test_truncate11.py, test_truncate12.py, test_truncate17.py, test_truncate05.py, test_truncate19.py, test_hs11
      • Skip (RTS not supported in disagg):
        test_bug030.py, test_bug031.py, test_bug033.py
      • test_config04 - skip test_invalid_config for disagg

      Action:

      1. Remove passing tests from hook_disgg.fail.
      2. Mark truncate and RTS-related tests to be skipped under disaggregated mode.
