      Currently unit tests under the disagg hook take ~50 minutes to run, which makes them unsuitable for PR testing.

      As part of this ticket, we should:

      • Investigate how to integrate disagg unit tests into PR testing.
      • Optimise the runtime to a reasonable target (~30 minutes).
      • Ensure coverage remains representative

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Disagg unit tests run automatically in PR testing.
