Scope (What to do):

• We added support for disagg as part of WT-15157. Now that test/checkpoint has disagg leader support, we should run the corresponding checkpoint tests in Evergreen.
  Currently, only a few CTESTs are available:
  • disagg_leader_row_stress_sweep_timestamps
  • disagg_leader_row_sweep_timestamps
  • row_server_93028_1
  • row_server_93028_2

These tests should be added to the (ARMV9) Amazon 2023 Disagg Stress Tests build variant as part of the triaging effort. Failures are expected at this stage, and the goal is to surface and track them.

Out of Scope:

• Fixing failing tests (to be handled in separate tickets).
