Recently we have a lot of commits reverted because of test fallout, which shows inadequate test coverage for pull request testing. In addition to add disagg testing to pull request testing, we can also add some tests that runs quickly to the pull request test, such as the model-unit-test and model-test-failure-workloads tests.
