Create a gdb macro for dumping the error log

      Now that we have an error log, it would be worth developing a gdb script to print its contents. For example, this would be a great way to check for any previous errors when debugging a crash that occurred before the caller had a chance to dump the contents of the error log via WT_CONNECTION::dump_error_log.
