Add metric for cache dirty fill ratio by committed vs uncommitted pages

      It would be helpful if we could break down the "ss wt cache dirty fill ratio into two buckets, "uncommitted" vs "committed" dirty pages. 

      I was investigating a bug where eviction was struggling to find pages to evict after crossing the dirty trigger ratio, so I'm assuming it's because of uncommitted dirty pages. It would be nice to get a breakdown, to really understand if there's nothing we can evict, or if there are dirty pages we can evict, and we're struggling to find them
