We have temporary code to rewrite the delta as a full page through reconciliation. We should remove that after we can directly produce a full page from deltas. We should also remove the WT_REC_REWRITE_DELTA flag, WT_UPDATE_RESTORED_FROM_DELTA flags and their usages, and the bytes_delta_updates stat on page, btree, and cache.
