Run performance benchmarks on ASC with and without fast truncate. Target performance benchmarks that run with oplog truncate truncate. Run a 1 hour YCSB workloads that would includes bunch of updates. Evaluate how the performance impact and decide whether the work needs to be prioritsed.

DoD/Outcome
Determine how the system (with slow truncate) performs and whether we'll need fast truncate in order to have an operational system during the private preview.
