That ticket is a part of Q4 deliverables for TSAN project. This ticket is an umbrella ticket so it could be split to many smaller tickets later.

The main objective of that ticket is to reach a successful execution of test format under TSAN and introducing a CI job that would regularly run this configuration. That would help us to extend TSAN coverage and catch more problems.

All the warnings should be printed, but shouldn't generate a red CI job for now, they would be suppressed/triaged later.
