Q4 Deliverable: Suppress all the pre-disagg TSAN warnings from test format

      • Context: Since the focus is still on catching newly introduced and disagg related warnings we should suppress all the warnings that were introduced before the disagg (as we did for python tests). That’s the simplest way to filter out all the low-priority warnings. It’s OK to fix some of them if they are obvious and elementary.
      • Expected Impact: 
      • Have more careful understanding of how many warnings are newly introduced/disagg related (read should be triaged/fixed)
      • Definition of Done:
      • All the warnings that are reported by TSAN from test format for the WT version before the disagg merge are suppressed (or maybe fixed in easiest cases)
