Our test/format config stress has a maximum run time of 30 minutes identified here:

runs.timer=6:30

It would be valuable to have runs for 60/120 minutes. These runs may weed out new potential problems where the databases are larger. This addition will benefit both ASC and DSC runs.

Defintion of Done
Add another CONFIG file both ASC and DSC runs. Have evergreen tasks running these configurations contionusly.
