1. Skip logging an error "LSN frontier violation: read LSN *** is ahead of the materialization frontier at LSN 4294967296" when the frontier LSN is 4294967296.
2. Refer a FIXME ticket (create one) to resolve this special constant in future.
3. 4294967296 should be defined as an API constant (in wiredtiger.h) so Server can reuse it.
