The default value of update_trigger is currently half of the dirty_trigger value, which is 10% of the cache size. We are frequently hitting this limit on the hosts, and it is causing issues for the application performance due to the involvement of application threads in the eviction.

The update_trigger was added to handle the memory fragmentation, and it is no longer a major issue with the upgrade of the TCMALLOC library. It is the best time to update the default values for all the hosts.

Done criteria:

1. Increase the default value to > 50% of the dirty trigger
2. Run all the sys-perf high-value workloads with multiple runs and find out any performance regressions/improvements.
3. If there are regression, please understand the reason behind them and list it, otherwise merge the change.
