WT-15843 changed eviction to have update trigger level be equal to the dirty trigger in disaggregated storage. The change was meant to help reduce cache stuck due to high amount of updates. However we don't see much improvements in performance in testing, and is causing some regressions that adds uncertainty to achieving performance goals in DSC.
