Fix newly detected ASAN warnings

      It turned out that ASAN hides warnings from forked processes. We have made test execution sequential when running with ASAN, suppressed all reported warnings (asan_leaks.supp), and disabled some tests that produce too many warnings (asan.fail). This ticket is for either resolving all remaining warnings or fixing some of them and creating separate tickets for the rest.

      Currently this ticket has a FIXME in asan_leaks.supp that contain suppression for __cursor_prepared_discover_setup. I wasn't able to discover what python test produces this issue but it could be a real leak. Resolving issues under the FIXME is the scope for the ticket.
