      There are many ASAN memory leaks that started being reported after switching Python test execution with ASAN to run sequentially. This ticket serves as an umbrella for fixing them.

      Currently, all ASAN Python test jobs appear green because there are already too many warnings. Once we fix the existing warnings, we should update the jobs to fail when new warnings appear.
