Our documentation is lacking detail on the FLCS deprecation, if a user was to upgrade their database would run for any amount of time until they opened their FLCS table, at which point their database would crash.

We should document the upgrade path, given that we are also planning on deprecating VLCS the path should indicate to re-write the database as a row store database.
