Add support for running the timestamp_abort test with disagg storage in leader mode to verify timestamp-based crash recovery works correctly in leader mode.

Outcome:

• timestamp_abort can run in disagg leader mode configuration
• All existing verification logic after crash/recovery passes in disagg mode
• Add testing in "failure expected" build variants to run timestamp_abort with disagg leader config to catch bugs.
