      The issue is described in SERVER-115200, as well as the steps to reproduce it.
      Definition of done for this ticket:

      • We have a WT reproducer
      • We understand why a new log file is always created
      • We have a fix to either stop the creation of new log files after a crash or we can delete the one(s) created from the previous crash.
