Eviction server statistics has much more pages queued than the number being attempted for eviction

      Despite WT-15577, we still observe that the number of pages queued for eviction is far greater than the number being attempted for eviction. This difference can cause confusion when we diagnose a HELP ticket.

      This ticket is to identify why the calculations are incorrect and to fix the issue.
