In the checkpoint size feature branch, we have added disagg checkpoint size tracking (cumulative base + delta cookie size, per-btree bytes_total, and database level database_size through checkpoint completion metadata) with python testing (test_disagg_checkpoint_size(01|02)). These tests are able to validate values moving in the expected direction but we still require broader/high level testing to gain more confidence in our feature.

This ticket is to investigate higher-level testing we can add to validate checkpoint size correctness. One possible direction is leveraging verify.
