      The eviction tuning work for precise checkpoint needs to review it's API, and the other APIs as we are may unitentionally overlap with some pre-existing WiredTiger API parameters.

      Furthermore the algorithm that current reverts the parameters to the level they were originally needs to be updated to use a compare-and-swap, and also consider other locking issues with concurrent trigger tweaking.
