Currently, we are relying on the MongoDB stats to confirm whether the standby is working fine or catching up with the primary; we do not have any stats to indicate whether the standby in the disaggregated storage cluster is working fine or struggling.

Add/improve any statistics on the WiredTiger side to provide the state of the standby node, whether it is working fine or struggling, either with a single stat or the result of multiple statistics.
