Recently, prefetch was mentioned with the cold collection initiative. It would be great to resume the conversation and time box some testing to see if we can get numbers. Similarly, we should talk to SESI and other teams to see if there are obvious ways where they could enable from the prefetch feature.

We could start the work by creating perf patches in various envs and see if enabling prefetching by default would make a difference. Given that could be too extreme, we should trying to find/list scenarios where enabling prefetch could help and make those experiments.
