Add tests to test_decode_log_mongodb.py

      The wt_binary_decode.py script can be used to decode MongoDB log files. Currently there are no tests for valid logs. Tests should be added in test_decode_log_mongodb.py to ensure the correctness of wt_binary_decode.py for decoding valid MongoDB log files.
