Investigate how to improve RTS progress reporting

      The progress message only reports elapsed time. Adding per-file stats (pages visited, HS entries scanned, keys fixed) would make it possible to estimate completion time and diagnose bottlenecks without WT_VERB_RTS.

      Brainstorm the ideas and implement them.
