Add dist and evergreen.yml to s_string/s_style

      It was noticed during WT-16847 that the dist directory is not checked by s_string or s_style, and evergreen.yml is also not checked by s_string which has resulted in numerous typos having accumulated.

      This ticket is to expand the search of s_string and s_style to include these files.
