Remove or update all documentation referencing chunk cache.

Files to update:

• src/docs/chunkcache.dox — delete
• src/docs/programming.dox — remove chunk cache references
• src/docs/arch-locking-hierarchy.dox — remove chunk cache from locking hierarchy
• src/docs/spell.ok — remove WiredTigerCC and chunkcache
• dist/s_string.ok — remove WiredTigerCC

Acceptance criteria: no documentation references to chunk cache remain. Doc build passes.
