Out-of-order reads caused by checkpoint advance mid-walk
Bug: When the stable cursor was advanced to a newer checkpoint during iteration and the key had been removed from the new checkpoint, the WT_CLAYERED_ITERATE_NEXT/PREV flags were not cleared. The subsequent iteration step then used the stale iteration state, producing out-of-order results.
