WiredTiger assign odd btree ids to stable btree and even btree ids to the ingest btree. However, in a MongoDB patch build, I saw an ingest btree with btree id 9785, which should not happen.

There is an issue in our btree id assignment. It leads to conflicting btree ids between ingest btrees and stable btrees.
