test/format failures currently produce similar error signatures within the same data mismatch signatures, making it difficult to distinguish different causes. This investigation aims to identify gaps in existing diagnostics and propose improvements to better separate and classify these failures.

Outcome:

• Allow BBUI tool to quickly distinguish between different failure mismatch failure types
• Enable creating separate tickets early, so work can be parallelised effectively

Scope:

• Review recent failures and associated logs
• Evaluate existing diagnostic signals and tooling
• Document findings and suggested improvements
