Summary

Remove all remaining documentation references to the cloud storage sources after the three source-removal tickets (s3_store, azure_store, gcp_store) have been merged.

Changes

• dist/docs_data.py:42-44 — remove azure_store, gcp_store, s3_store, gcp_file_handle, gcp_file_system from the documentation list
• src/docs/arch-storage-extension.dox:69 — remove the @section s3_store section
• src/docs/arch-storage-extension.dox:91 — remove the @section azure_gcp_store section
• src/docs/arch-tiered-storage.dox:25 — update or remove the s3_store example config snippet

Dependencies

This ticket should be done after the three individual source-removal tickets are merged, as the directories themselves (and their README files) are deleted as part of those tickets.
