Btree stats now report an accurate count of kv pairs in a btree.

      Description

      Corrected some counts to take into account deleted entries.
      Entries that appear in internal pages (pointing to leaf pages or other internal pages) are no longer counted.
      Added and modified tests to test this more rigorously.
