When we enabled DisAgg Python testing with hooks, we disabled many tests simply because they were failing at the time and the DisAgg project was not mature enough to investigate them properly.

We should revisit all the disabled tests, identify the ones for which the reason for disabling is unclear, determine which teams own which tests, and distribute the investigation work across the teams accordingly.

As follow-up work (potentially in a separate ticket), we should analyze and re-enable the currently disabled Python tests that are owned by Foundations.
