Track the work to validate and exercise the wt tool with the Rust PALI extension against a real disaggregated storage cluster in an Atlas dev environment. The goal is to confirm end-to-end functionality of the page inspection tooling outside of a local or CI context, and surface any gaps or blockers specific to Atlas.
