Problem:

There is a lot of work happening in parallel for SPM-4546, particularly for bug fixes. It can be difficult to observe the (Evergreen testing) health of the project while these fixes are not merged into develop. Furthermore, there is a lot of develop branch testing that the wiredtiger-disagg project does not run.

This ticket aims to create a (temporary) separate waterfall and branch with all of this testing enabled. This will allow us to get a faster signal for bugs that may not be immediately clear.

Definition of Done:

Create an Evergreen waterfall page and branch with the following requirements:

• Periodic builds (once per day)
• Runs all the tests on develop + wiredtiger-disagg
• Targets a custom SPM-4546 branch

This is temporary but we should be aware that will increase spending while this is active.
