Add a warning when a btree size differs from the metadata during verify

      Verify already checks whether the checkpoint metadata size matches the size derived from walking the tree, but only in diagnostic builds (where it fails with an error). This ticket adds a warning log in production builds so the mismatch is visible without needing a diagnostic build.
