PALite: Enable checkpoint retrieval by given LSN

      Currently, PALite can retrieve only latest checkpoint (via pl_get_complete_checkpoint call). It's a limiting factor for some test, e.g.: schema_disagg_abort test.

      TODO:
      Enable PALite to return an arbitrary checkpoint by given LSN.
