      Problem

      WT_CONN_SERVER_TIERED has no callers after conn_tiered.c was deleted. It remains only because WT-18483 added it to dist/s_define.list to silence unused-define lint.

      Change

      Remove the flag and the s_define.list entry.

      Test

      cd dist && ./s_fast
