Problem:
With schema epochs enabled, table publication can race with debug-forced eviction. This can cause pages containing committed data to be discarded, making previously written rows disappear.
"debug=(release_evict)"
The failure occurs during the explicit eviction loop in test_truncate07.py, before the test calls truncate.
Context:
This was found while running the Python suite with schema epochs enabled as part of WT-18031.

The test in test_truncate07.py running with the schema epoch hook is the reproducer for this issue.
Could be related to WT-18274 / WT-18092.
Definition of Done:
- Investigate the root cause
- Decide if this behaviour is acceptable/ skip the test because it is requires a debug option or
- Fix the behaviour and create a regression test if possible
