test/suite/test_checkpoint10.py, test_checkpoint11.py and test_checkpoint14.py each end with a commented-out block that simulates a crash and asserts txn_rts_inconsistent_ckpt > 0. It has been disabled since 2022 because the checkpoint/commit race is unreliable. The same assertion is already covered deterministically by test_checkpoint_snapshot05.py and test_checkpoint_snapshot02.py, so the dead code can be removed.
